With the head office based in Baku / Azerbaijan, the general assembly of the World Budo Martialarts federation took plac

e on Saturday 26/12/2009, in the Baku Elit komleks.

 

For the first time where we have received World Presidency at a general assemby meeting we have board of directors membership ,the TRNC has been chosen for 6 committee memberships. The meeting which followed the general assembly presented President Gökbilen a certificate as world president (attatched ).

 

Selected for four years the World Budo Martıalarts Federation board of directors and committees are detailed below. The decision has been made for the world federations first general assembly to be held in oct 2010 in the TRNC and the first world championship to be held in Dec 2010 in Baku Azer/ Baijan.

 

The meetings and competitions were attended by the TRNC ambassador Mr. Zeki Gazioğlu who also took part in Shotokan karate, Kyokhıshınkaikan karate, WTF Taekwondo ITF-GTF-events held in Baku, after watching the competitions Mr Zeki Gazioğlu presented medals to the competitors whilst being announced as the TRNC ambassador on live azerbaijan telvision.
